📢最近天氣逐漸轉涼，得要加件外套才能出門，真的感受到秋天來臨了呢！而講到秋季，愛吃的國發妹最先想到的就是柿子和螃蟹啦～爽口香甜的紅柿，還有新鮮肥美的秋蟹，都令人回味無窮😋

🔎但...農民曆上的食物相剋中毒圖解，在坊間流傳柿子和螃蟹一起吃會中毒，實在讓人擔憂，所以今天就由國發妹來替大家解惑囉！🙆‍♀

✅因為柿子富含單寧酸，螃蟹富含蛋白質，單寧酸容易與蛋白質凝結成塊，同時食用會不易消化吸收，導致腸胃不適，並非食物中毒。

✅建議大家將富含單寧酸的食物(茶、葡萄、番石榴等)和富含蛋白質的食物(海鮮、雞蛋、乳製品等)分開食用，才不會造成腸胃負擔喔！😊
